BIO

Professional:

McCabe Kasch is now a senior year at Denver School of the Arts, and it will be his fifth year as a theatre major. He has been taught a variety of skills including improv, trapeze, Grotowski, clowning, dialects, costume/set design, combat, and more. McCabe has been coached by regional and national professionals including Candy Brown, Allison Watrous, Tim Grant, Brian Shea, and Alan Osburn. He has studied the acting methods of Stanislavski and Uta Hagen, and done scene study of playwrights such as Shakespeare, Anton Chekhov, and many more. During his senior year he will be the president of Volunteer Leadership Club, and the publicist representing his major as an 2016-2017 Thespian Officer.

Personal:

When McCabe is not doing theatre related work, you can usually catch him at Skechers where he has worked as the second assistant manager for the past two years. During his free time he enjoys watching an unhealthy amount of Netflix, swimming at the convenient lazy river where he lives, and taking lots of pictures so that he will never forget any moment. He values his family and friends more than most things, and loves making memories. McCabe lives down in Denver with his dad, while his mom and two brothers resign in Breckenridge, CO.

McCabe has just finished his senior fall performance in The Rest of Silence: An Immersive Hamlet, which was preformed at the end of October. He also just finished directing a one act of his choice this fall: I and You, By Lauren Gunderson.
